Todd Blue led LAPIS back into automotive retail in January 2024 with Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona, added Ferrari of Rancho Mirage in December 2025, and expanded into Livermore in March 2026.

From 2010 through 2020, Blue founded and grew indiGO Auto Group across luxury and performance automotive brands including Porsche, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, BMW, and Ferrari opportunities.
After selling that business and forming LAPIS, Blue returned to dealership ownership with a focused portfolio built around manufacturer stewardship, long-term customer relationships, and the group’s core ideas: luxury, access, performance, innovation, and service.
LAPIS now represents Mercedes-Benz in Northern Arizona, Ferrari in Rancho Mirage, and Porsche, Audi, Land Rover, and Honda in Livermore.
